Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in a technical support role.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within service level agreements.
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with calls as documented.

Skills

Communication regarding technical issues with clients

Ability to drive to client locations

Ability to drive long distances

Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 lbs

Ownership of a basic repair tool kit

Education

Technical school certification or equivalent
