A leading technology services provider is seeking a Dynamic PC Support professional in Lynn Haven, Florida. This role involves providing customer support for various client equipment, troubleshooting technical issues for desktops and laptops, and following established service guidelines. The ideal candidate will have technical certification, customer service experience, and the ability to lift equipment up to 50 lbs. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required for this position.

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the established service level agreement.
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call.

Skills

Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients

Ability to drive to client locations

Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs

Must own a basic repair tool kit

Education

Technical school certification or equivalent

Relevant software and hardware knowledge
