Job summary

Worldwide TechServices seeks an on-site Dynamic PC Support specialist in Lakeland, FL. You will troubleshoot desktops and laptops, interact with clients, and respond to issues promptly while supporting Desk Side applications and infrastructure as needed.

Required is a technical school certification with 0–2 years of experience; prior customer service is a plus. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, drive to client locations, and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the client SLAs.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks and real-time reporting for each call.
• Follow policies to ensure successful delivery and asset control.
• Report activity accurately and timely; adhere to safety policies.
• Other duties may be assigned per business needs.
