Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is looking for a Dynamic PC Support technician to perform desktop and laptop troubleshooting and repair, interfacing directly with clients to resolve issues promptly. The role may support Desk Side applications and infrastructure while traveling to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities include handling service calls within SLA, accurate reporting, and maintaining asset control under client service agreements.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
