Job summary

Responsibilities include handling service calls, meeting SLA, reporting activities, and adhering to safety and client policies. Candidates should have technical certification and up to two years of experience.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent with 0–2 years of experience.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the SLA
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria
• Complete administrative tasks per policies
• Real-time reporting of all calls
• Follow policies for successful service delivery
• Control assets and inventory per client agreements
• Report activity in a timely manner
• Understand safety policies and follow them daily
• Other duties may be assigned
