Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician to perform basic and moderately complex troubleshooting on desktops and laptops. You will interact with clients to address technical issues and respond promptly.

The role involves providing customer support for designated equipment, traveling to client locations as required, and ensuring service levels are met while maintaining safety and asset control. Some overtime overnight travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent with 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within client SLAs.
• Meet established customer service criteria per guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks for each call as required.
• Submit real-time reports for all calls as documented.
• Follow policies and guidelines to ensure successful service delivery.
• Maintain control of assets and inventory per client agreements.
• Report activity accurately and promptly.
• Adhere to safety policies in daily work.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
