Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Maintain OEM certifications as directed by management.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with registration and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the SLA for each client.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria as guidelines dictate.
• Complete administrative tasks for each call per policies.
• Provide real-time reporting of all calls.
• Follow policies and guidelines for service delivery.
• Control assets and inventory per client agreements.
• Report activity accurately and promptly.
