Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is a global technology services provider seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician to perform troubleshooting and repair of desktops and laptops. This role involves direct client interaction to address technical issues promptly and accurately.

You will manage service calls, adhere to SLAs, document steps taken, and report activities in real time while following safety policies. Occasional overnight travel and mobility are required.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent is typically required.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Maintain OEM certifications as directed by management.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the established SLA.
• Meet established customer service criteria per guidelines and policies.
• Complete administrative tasks for each call as documented.
• Provide real-time reporting of all calls.
