Job summary

Compass Pathways, a biotechnology company, seeks a Patient Access Liaison to drive site-level patient access activities, REMS certification, and compliant education for stakeholders. The PAL will strengthen site relationships and support operational readiness across REMS, HUB, and distribution networks.

Location: Field-based in Pittsburgh, PA. Reports to Regional Director, Field Patient Access. Travel up to 50%+; candidates must reside within 25 miles of the territory border as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of field reimbursement, patient access, and case management experience.
• Experience navigating a healthcare ecosystem and working with healthcare stakeholders.
• Valid driver’s license required; willing to travel up to 50%+.

Responsibilities

• Educate sites on REMS certification and patient REMS enrolment processes.
• Support site access readiness and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Provide reimbursement education on coverage, coding, and prior authorizations.
• Educate on case management processes and navigate access barriers.
• Coordinate treatment logistics across REMS requirements and distribution partners.
• Maintain compliant CRM documentation and cross-functional handoffs.
