Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in field reimbursement, patient access and case management within pharmaceutical/biotech or specialty healthcare.
• Experience navigating a complex healthcare ecosystem and supporting access and reimbursement processes.
• Experience enabling patient progression from referral to treatment initiation and building trusted stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support REMS certification and enrolment activities with education on site requirements.
• Enable site access readiness and strengthen stakeholder relationships for therapy delivery.
• Provide education on coverage, coding, payment, and reimbursement processes to sites and staff.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients and affordability programs.
• Identify and troubleshoot access barriers through approved support pathways.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS requirements and distribution networks.
• Collaborate with Sales and Site of Care leads on readiness and account discussions.
• Maintain compliant documentation in the CRM and develop account-level business plans.
• Maintain non-promotional role boundaries and avoid promotional activities.
