Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a Patient Access Liaison to drive REMS certification, site access readiness, and education on coverage and reimbursement. The role operates field-based across CA with travel to support REMS, HUB and distribution partners, while preserving non-promotional boundaries.

The PAL will strengthen relationships with healthcare stakeholders, manage CRM data, and coordinate treatment logistics, ensuring smooth access to therapy and patient progress across the network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in field reimbursement, patient access and case management.
• Experience navigating a healthcare ecosystem and working with stakeholders.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel approximately 50%.

Responsibilities

• Educate sites on REMS certification and enrolment processes.
• Support site access readiness and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Provide education on coverage, coding, payments and appeals.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients and affordability programs.
• Identify and troubleshoot access barriers across various pathways.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics with REMS requirements and partners.
• Support cross-functional handoffs and maintain compliant CRM documentation.
• Develop and execute account-level business plans reflecting site priorities.
• Maintain non-promotional boundaries and compliant communications.
