Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a Field Patient Access Liaison to execute patient engagement strategies across REMS, site access readiness, and reimbursement education. The role involves field-based collaboration with sites, HUBs, and distributors in the U.S.

driving access readiness and compliant patient support while upholding non-promotional boundaries. The PAL will travel and engage with healthcare stakeholders, educate on coverage processes, and support operational readiness for therapy

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in field reimbursement, patient access, and case management in pharma or biotech.
• Experience supporting access, reimbursement, and specialty pharmacy programs.
• Ability to enable patient progression from referral to treatment initiation.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining compliance.
• Strong planning, organizational, and data-driven execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate sites on REMS certification and enrolment processes.
• Support site access workflows and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Provide education on coverage, coding, and reimbursement processes.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS, HUB, and distributors.
• Maintain compliant CRM documentation.
• Develop and execute account-level business plans for geography.
• Maintain non-promotional boundaries.
