Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of field reimbursement, patient access, and case management experience in pharma/biotech or specialty healthcare.
• Experience navigating a healthcare ecosystem and supporting access programs.
• Ability to enable patient progression from referral through treatment initiation with barrier identification.

Responsibilities

• Educate sites on REMS site certification activities and patient REMS enrolment processes.
• Support site access workflows after REMS certification and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Provide compliant education on coverage, coding, payment, benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and appeals.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients and affordability program navigation.
• Identify and troubleshoot case-level access barriers via buy-and-bill, HUB, and other pathways.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS requirements, HUB, and distribution partners.
• Receive referrals from Sales and Site of Care leads and ensure smooth handoffs for site readiness.
• Maintain compliant, timely CRM documentation to support cross-functional visibility.
• Develop and execute account-level business plans reflecting priorities and patient access opportunities.
• Maintain non-promotional boundaries in line with company policy.
