Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a Field Patient Access Liaison to drive REMS certification and site access readiness across Pittsburgh, supporting education on coverage, prior authorizations and case management. The role emphasizes compliant access processes, stakeholder collaboration, and detailed CRM documentation.

The PAL works field-based in Pittsburgh, reports to the Regional Director, Field Patient Access, and travels extensively to support access across the REMS landscape.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in field reimbursement, patient access and case management within pharmaceutical, biotech or specialty healthcare.
• Experience supporting access and reimbursement processes, specialty pharmacy programs, patient support services, coverage and prior authorizations.
• Experience enabling patient progression from referral through treatment initiation by identifying barriers and connecting resources.
• Strong planning, organization, accountability and disciplined execution across multiple accounts.
• Collaborative, compliant with matrix partners while maintaining role boundaries and sharing field insights.

Responsibilities

• Educate sites on REMS site certification activities and REMS enrolment processes.
• Support site access workflows after REMS certification and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Provide compliant education on coverage, coding, payment, and affordability programs.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients and appropriate use of PHI.
• Identify and troubleshoot case-level access barriers through buy-and-bill, HUB and other paths.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS, HUB, specialty pharmacies and distributors.
• Receive referrals and handoffs from Sales and Site of Care Account Leads for readiness and access challenges.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation for cross-functional visibility.
• Develop and execute account-level business plans reflecting site priorities and access opportunities.
• Maintain non-promotional role boundaries and avoid promotional activities.
