Job summary

Compass Pathways plc is seeking a Field Patient Access Liaison to support REMS certification, site access readiness, and compliant education for healthcare stakeholders. The role covers coordination with REMS, specialty pharmacy, distribution partners and cross-functional teams in a field-based Cleveland/Columbus, OH setting.

The PAL will strengthen site relationships, drive access strategies, and ensure patient access continuity while maintaining non-promotional boundaries and CRM

Qualifications

• Experience in field reimbursement, patient access and case management within pharma/biotech or specialty health care; navigates healthcare ecosystems.
• Experience enabling patient progression from referral to treatment initiation by removing barriers and reinforcing readiness.
• Experience partnering with treatment sites to assess needs, strengthen workflows and build trusted relationships.
• Strong planning, organization, accountability and disciplined execution with data-driven insights.
• Experience collaborating with matrix partners while maintaining appropriate role boundaries and compliant access

Responsibilities

• Support REMS certification and enrolment across sites.
• Enable site access readiness and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Provide education on coverage, coding, payment, and reimbursement processes.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients and affordability programs.
• Identify and troubleshoot access barriers through buy-and-bill, HUB and other pathways.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics and scheduling across REMS requirements and distribution partners.
• Collaborate on cross-functional handoffs for site readiness and account economics discussions.
• Maintain compliant documentation of account activities and outcomes in CRM.
• Develop and execute account-level business plans reflecting site access priorities.
• Maintain non-promotional role boundaries
