Compass Pathways plc is seeking a Field Patient Access Liaison to execute patient engagement strategies across REMS, site access readiness, and reimbursement education. The role is field-based in Atlanta, GA, reporting to the Regional Director, Field Patient Access.

The PAL will educate sites on REMS certification, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and support operational readiness for therapy delivery while ensuring compliant processes and robust CRM documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of field reimbursement, patient access, and case management experience in pharma/biotech or related healthcare.
• Experience navigating a complex payer landscape including REMS, coverage, and access programs.
• Proven ability to educate sites and stakeholders on reimbursement processes and workflow integration.

Responsabilités

• Support REMS certification and enrolment at sites.
• Enhance site access readiness and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Provide education on coverage, coding, payment, and appeal processes.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients and access barriers.
• Identify and resolve case-level access barriers via approved support pathways.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS requirements and distribution partners.
• Collaborate with Sales and Site of Care leads on readiness and access challenges.
• Maintain compliant CRM documentation of account activities and outcomes.
• Develop and execute account-level business plans reflecting site priorities.
