Compass Pathways is seeking a Field Patient Access Liaison to execute patient engagement strategies locally, supporting REMS certification, site access readiness, and compliant reimbursement education for healthcare stakeholders. This field role focuses on strengthening site relationships and operational readiness across REMS requirements, distribution, and external support networks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field reimbursement, patient access, and case management in pharma/biotech.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ within assigned geography.
• Residence within 25 miles of territory boundary.
• Experience navigating a healthcare ecosystem to support patient access.

Responsabilités

• Support REMS certification and enrolment activities.
• Strengthen site access readiness and account relationships.
• Provide reimbursement education on coverage, coding, and payments.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients.
• Troubleshoot access barriers through approved pathways (buy-and-bill, HUB, etc.).
• Coordinate treatment logistics across REMS, HUB, and distribution partners.
• Collaborate with Sales and Site of Care leads on readiness and access challenges.
• Maintain compliant CRM documentation for cross-functional visibility.
• Develop and execute account-level business plans reflecting priorities.
