Job summary

Compass Pathways seeks a Patient Access Liaison (PAL) to execute field patient access strategy across REMS, reimbursement education, and access readiness. Role requires site-level engagement, strong CRM discipline, and collaboration with matrix teams to improve patient pathways.

The PAL will travel within assigned US geography and support treatment logistics, ensuring compliant access and efficient case management across HUB and distribution partners.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in field reimbursement, patient access or case management within pharma.
• Experience navigating a healthcare ecosystem and access/reimbursement processes.
• Ability to support patient progression from referral to treatment and build relationships.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams while maintaining compliance.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ within territory; reside within 25 miles of borders.

Responsibilities

• Educate sites on REMS certification and patient REMS enrolment.
• Support site access workflows and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Provide education on coverage, coding, payment, appeals, and affordability.
• Educate on case management processes including PHI privacy and verifications.
• Identify and troubleshoot case-level access barriers through approved pathways.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS, HUB, and distribution.
• Maintain compliant CRM documentation for cross-functional visibility.
• Develop and execute account-level business plans reflecting site priorities.
• Maintain non-promotional boundaries and avoid promotional activity.
