Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a Field Patient Access Liaison to execute patient engagement strategies at field sites in Raleigh/Durham, NC. The PAL will support REMS certification, site access readiness, and education on coverage and reimbursement for healthcare stakeholders.

The role requires building strong stakeholder relationships, maintaining CRM documentation, and sharing field insights to improve access, while collaborating across REMS, HUB, and distribution networks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in field reimbursement, patient access, and case management within pharma/biotech.
• Experience navigating a healthcare ecosystem and access processes.
• Ability to build trusted account and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience collaborating with matrix partners while maintaining role boundaries.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 50%+

Responsibilities

• Support REMS certification and enrolment activities at field sites.
• Enable site access readiness and strengthen account relationships.
• Provide compliant education on coverage, coding, and reimbursement.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients.
• Identify and troubleshoot case-level access barriers across pathways.
• Coordinate treatment logistics and scheduling across REMS and distribution partners
• Maintain compliant documentation in CRM and support cross-functional handoffs
