Zusammenfassung

Compass Pathways is seeking a Patient Access Liaison (PAL) to execute site-level patient engagement strategies, support REMS certification, and ensure compliant coverage and reimbursement education. The PAL will work field-based in Dallas or Fort Worth, TX, collaborating with Sales and Site of Care teams to enhance access and patient readiness.

Qualifikationen

Minimum 3 years of experience in field reimbursement, patient access, and case management within pharmaceutical/biotech or specialty healthcare.

Aufgaben

Support REMS certification and enrolment for sites.
Enable site access readiness and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
Provide education on coverage, coding, payment, and access processes.
Educate on case management and patient affordability programs.
Identify and troubleshoot access barriers and optimize patient journeys.
Coordinate treatment logistics and scheduling across REMS and distribution partners.
Maintain compliant documentation in CRM and support cross-functional handoffs.
