This field-based role operates across REMS, distribution, and external support processes in the St.

Louis, MO area. You will educate on reimbursement, coding, prior authorizations, and affordability programs while coordinating treatment logistics, and maintaining CRM

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of experience in field reimbursement, patient access, and case management within pharmaceutical or biotechnology settings.
• Experience navigating a healthcare ecosystem and working with access programs, specialty pharmacies, and provider networks.
• Ability to build relationships with sites, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams while maintaining compliant boundaries.

Aufgaben

• Support REMS certification and enrolment activities at sites.
• Enable site access readiness and strengthen account relationships for therapy delivery.
• Provide education on reimbursement, coverage, coding, and prior authorizations.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients and benefit verification.
• Identify and resolve case-level access barriers through approved pathways.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS requirements, HUB, and distribution partners.
• Collaborate with Sales and Site of Care leads on readiness and access challenges.
• Maintain compliant CRM documentation of activities and outcomes.
