Job summary

Compass Pathways Inc. is seeking a Patient Access Liaison (PAL) to execute REMS-site engagement, support access readiness, and educate stakeholders on coverage and reimbursement across REMS, HUB, and distribution networks.

This field-based role covers Charlotte, NC or Roanoke, VA, reporting to the Regional Director, Field Patient Access. You will educate site staff on case management, assist with access barriers, maintain compliant CRM records, and build account plans while avoiding promotional

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in field reimbursement, patient access and case management within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty healthcare.
• Experience supporting access and reimbursement processes, specialty pharmacy, patient support services, coverage verification, prior authorization, and appeals.
• Bachelor’s degree; valid driver’s license; willingness to travel 50%+.

Responsibilities

• Support REMS certification and enrolment for sites.
• Enable site access readiness and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Provide education on coverage, billing, and prior authorizations.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients.
• Coordinate treatment logistics across REMS, HUB, and distribution partners.
• Maintain compliant CRM documentation of activities and interactions.
• Develop account-level business plans reflecting site priorities and readiness.
• Maintain non-promotional role boundaries.
