Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; RN licensure preferred.
  • 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, or patient access roles.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
  • Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as field-based SPOC guiding providers, patients, and caregivers through onboarding and ongoing treatment journey.
  • Educate on coverage, cost-sharing, and financial assistance options; explain payer outcomes.
  • Educate offices on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for GSK Oncology products.
  • Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and maintain case records.
  • Coordinate transfers to Specialty Pharmacy, GSK Response Center, and back-office Benefits Specialists.
