Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, or patient experience programs navigating insurance verification and access criteria.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff, educating on oncology care and benefits.
• Conduct welcome calls and ongoing journey touchpoints across program specifics.
• Assist patient enrollment in GSK services (PAP) and guide through enrollment requirements.
• Provide program-specific treatment education with ISI and PI when education is delivered.
• Educate patients on coverage outcomes, cost-sharing, and financial assistance options.
• Facilitate transfers to Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Information, and back-office Benefits Specialists.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and maintain records.
• Capture and report adverse events and follow HIPAA and compliance guidelines.
