Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline seeks aPatient Access Manager to serve as the field-based SPOC for oncology patients and providers, guiding onboarding, access, and ongoing treatment support. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or related areas.
Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnights; valid driver’s license.
Experience using CRM/case-management platforms, preferably Salesforce Health Cloud.

Responsibilities

Serve as the SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCPs, providing approved information and education on oncology care and program resources.
Guide patients through enrollment in GSK services and PAP; assist with enrollment requirements and consent capture.
Educate patients on coverage outcomes, cost-sharing, and financial assistance options; explain payer decisions and appeals pathways.
Document interactions and manage cases in Salesforce Health Cloud/CRM per program standards.
Interface with payer teams, specialty pharmacy, and oncology sales to resolve access issues.
Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and ensure separation between patient-facing and account-facing activities.
