• Oncology navigation or equivalent domain experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as field-based single point of contact for patients and providers.
• Educate on coverage, cost sharing, and financial assistance options.
• Assist enrolment in GSK Patient Support Programs and PAP.
• Coordinate with Specialty Pharmacy and REMS vendors as needed.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and maintain records.
• Identify access barriers and escalate to specialist access team.
