Job summary

Compass Pathways plc is seeking a Patient Access Liaison to implement site-level patient engagement strategies and REMS compliance. This field-based role supports therapy logistics, payer education, and account coordination across REMS, HUB, and distribution networks.

The PAL will educate sites on certification, enable access readiness, and resolve case-level barriers while maintaining compliant, non-promotional field activities. Travel within the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field reimbursement, patient access, and case management within pharmaceutical or biotech settings.
• Experience navigating a healthcare ecosystem and working with healthcare providers, payers, and distributors.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within territory.

Responsibilities

• Support REMS certification and enrolment activities at partner sites.
• Maintain site access readiness and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Provide reimbursement education on coverage, coding, payments, and prior authorizations.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients and affordability programs.
• Identify and troubleshoot access barriers via approved support pathways.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS, HUB, and distribution partners.
• Collaborate with Sales and Site of Care Leads on referrals and transitions.
• Document activities in CRM with accurate, timely notes and outcomes.
• Develop and execute account-level business plans aligned to geography priorities.
• Maintain non-promotional boundaries and compliant field activities.
