Job summary

Compass Pathways plc is seeking a Field Patient Access Liaison (PAL) based in Houston to support REMS certification, site access readiness, and compliant education for healthcare stakeholders. You will help facilities understand patient access logistics, address barriers, and enable treatment logistics across HUBs, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in field reimbursement, patient access, and case management within pharmaceutical or biotech.
Experience navigating a healthcare ecosystem and supporting access pathways.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Support REMS certification and enrolment.
Enable site access readiness and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
Provide reimbursement and access education to sites and staff.
Educate on case management processes and affordability programs.
Identify and resolve case-level access barriers across approved pathways.
Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS requirements and distribution networks.
Collaborate on cross-functional handoffs and maintain compliant CRM documentation.
Develop and execute account-level business plans reflecting priorities.
