Job summary

Compass Pathways plc is seeking a Field Patient Access Liaison (PAL) to execute the patient engagement strategy at the site level, supporting REMS certification, site access readiness, and education on reimbursement across REMS, distribution, and external support processes. This field role is based in the Cincinnati/Dayton area and reports to the Regional Director, Field Patient Access.

The PAL will strengthen site relationships, maintain CRM documentation, and collaborate with matrix partners

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of field reimbursement, patient access, and case management experience in pharma/biotech or specialty healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Educate sites on REMS certification and patient REMS enrolment processes.
• Support site access workflows after REMS certification and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Provide compliant education on coverage, coding, reimbursement, prior authorizations, and appeals.
