Job summary

Compass Pathways Inc. is seeking a Field-based Patient Access Liaison (PAL) to execute REMS-related site access strategies. The PAL educates sites on certification, enables access readiness, and provides reimbursement education.

The role requires 3+ years in patient access, a Bachelor's degree, and travel up to 50% within the US. The PAL will maintain CRM records, collaborate with matrix partners, and support cross-functional workflows while upholding non-promotional boundaries.

Qualifications

• Experience in field reimbursement and patient access within pharma/biotech.
• Experience supporting access programs, coverage verification, prior authorizations and appeals.
• Experience enabling patient progression from referral to treatment initiation.
• Ability to travel 50% within a defined geography.

Responsibilities

• Educate sites on REMS site certification activities and patient REMS enrolment.
• Support site access workflows after REMS certification and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Provide compliant education on coverage, coding, payment, and reimbursement processes.
• Educate on case management for consented patients, including data privacy and appeals.
• Identify and troubleshoot access barriers through approved support pathways.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS, HUB, and distribution partners.
• Collaborate with Sales and Site of Care Account Leads on referrals and handoffs.
• Maintain compliant, timely CRM documentation for cross-functional visibility.
• Develop and execute account-level business plans reflecting priorities.
