Job summary

Compass Pathways plc is seeking a Patient Access Liaison to execute site-level patient engagement strategies, support REMS certification, and strengthen access readiness across REMS, specialty pharmacy, and distribution networks. Field-based role in Nashville or Memphis, TN.

The PAL will educate sites on coverage, coding, and reimbursement processes, manage case-level access barriers, and collaborate with matrix teams to maintain compliant CRM records and drive patient access outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in field reimbursement, patient access and case management.
• Experience navigating a healthcare ecosystem within pharma/biotech.
• Experience partnering with treatment sites to strengthen workflows.
• Strong planning, organization, accountability and data-driven execution.
• Collaborative with matrix partners while maintaining appropriate role boundaries.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Support REMS certification and enrolment; educate sites on certification and enrolment processes.
• Enable site access readiness; strengthen relationships and ensure operational readiness for therapy delivery.
• Provide reimbursement education on coverage, coding, payment, appeals, and access processes.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients and affordability programs.
• Identify and troubleshoot case-level access barriers across approved pathways.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS, HUB, and distribution partners.
• Collaborate on cross-functional handoffs; maintain compliant CRM documentation.
• Develop and execute account-level business plans reflecting site access priorities.
