Compass Pathways is seeking a Patient Access Liaison to execute patient engagement strategies across REMS, teaching sites about certification and enrollment while ensuring access readiness for therapy delivery. You will strengthen relationships with healthcare stakeholders and maintain CRM discipline in a field-based role.

The role reports to the Regional Director, Field Patient Access, and requires a minimum of 3 years in field reimbursement.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in field reimbursement, patient access, and case management within pharmaceutical/biotech or specialty healthcare.
• Experience navigating a healthcare ecosystem and working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of coverage, benefit verification, prior authorization, appeals, and affordability programs.

Responsabilidades

• Educate sites on REMS site certification activities and patient REMS enrolment processes.
• Support site access readiness and strengthen account relationships for therapy delivery.
• Provide compliant education on coverage, coding, payment, reimbursement, and claims workflows.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients, including prior authorizations and appeals.
• Identify and troubleshoot case-level access barriers through approved pathways.
