Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in field reimbursement, patient access, and case management within pharma/biotech.
• Experience navigating a healthcare ecosystem and supporting access resources.
• Travel up to 50% within geography; reside within 25 miles of territory.

Responsibilities

• Support REMS certification and enrolment, educating sites on processes.
• Assist site access workflows after REMS certification and strengthen relationships.
• Provide education on coverage, coding, payment, and reimbursement processes.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients and authorization steps.
• Identify and troubleshoot case-level access barriers via approved pathways.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS, HUB, and distribution partners.
• Collaborate with Sales and Site of Care Leads on readiness and access challenges.
• Maintain compliant CRM documentation and account activity records.
• Develop account-level business plans reflecting site priorities and patient access opportunities.
