Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in field reimbursement, patient access, and case management within pharmaceutical/biotech sectors.
• Experience supporting access, reimbursement processes, and compliant patient resources.
• Ability to navigate the healthcare ecosystem and engage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support REMS certification and enrolment activities and educate sites on processes.
• Enable site access readiness and strengthen account relationships for therapy delivery.
• Provide education on coverage, coding, payments, prior authorizations, and appeals.
• Educate on case management processes including patient information handling and affordability programs.
• Identify and resolve case-level access barriers through approved pathways.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS requirements and distribution partners.
• Maintain compliant CRM documentation and cross-functional handoffs.
• Develop and execute account-level business plans reflecting site access priorities.
