• Travel up to 50% and residency within 25 miles of the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Support REMS certification and enrolment: educate sites on processes and requirements.
• Strengthen site access readiness: reinforce relationships and streamline patient journey.
• Provide reimbursement education on coverage, coding, payment, and prior authorizations.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients and affordability programs.
• Coordinate treatment logistics across REMS, HUB, and distribution partners.
• Maintain compliant CRM documentation and cross-functional handoffs.
