Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a Patient Access Liaison to execute site-level patient engagement. You will support REMS certification, ensure access readiness, and provide compliant education on coverage and reimbursement to healthcare stakeholders.

You will strengthen relationships with sites, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and help streamline patient access across REMS requirements, specialty pharmacy, and distribution partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in field reimbursement, patient access, and case management within pharma/biotech or specialty healthcare.
• Experience navigating a healthcare ecosystem and supporting access processes like coverage, prior authorizations, and affordability programs.
• Ability to enable patient progression from referral to treatment initiation by identifying barriers and coordinating resources.
• Strong account and stakeholder relationship-building with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work compliantly with matrix partners while maintaining non-promotional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Educate sites on REMS certification activities and REMS enrolment processes.
• Support site access workflows after REMS certification and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Provide education on coverage, coding, payment, and reimbursement processes.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients and benefit verifications.
• Troubleshoot access barriers through buy-and-bill, HUB, and other support pathways.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS, HUB, and distribution partners.
• Receive and act on referrals from Sales and Site of Care leads regarding readiness and account economics.
• Maintain compliant, timely CRM documentation of activities and outcomes.
• Develop and execute account-level business plans reflecting site priorities.
• Maintain non-promotional boundaries in all activities.
