Job summary

Compass Pathways plc is seeking a Field Patient Access Liaison to drive REMS site certification, enrolment, and access readiness across REMS, HUB, and specialty pharmacy networks. You will educate sites, resolve barriers, and coordinate patient treatment logistics in a field-based role.

The position requires at least 3 years in field reimbursement and patient access, a Bachelor's degree, and travel of ~50% within the territory. Reside within 25 miles of the assigned geography.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field reimbursement, patient access, and case management within pharma/biotech.
• Experience supporting access, coverage, and incentive programs for specialty care.
• Ability to enable patient progression from referral to treatment initiation.

Responsibilities

• Educate sites on REMS certification and patient REMS enrolment processes.
• Support site access workflows and strengthen account relationships for therapy delivery.
• Provide education on coverage, coding, payments, prior authorizations, and appeals.
• Advise on case management processes for consented patients and affordability programs.
• Identify access barriers and coordinate solutions across HUB, specialty pharmacy, and support pathways.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics and cross-functional handoffs for site readiness.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation of activities and outcomes.
