Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a Patient Access Liaison to drive site readiness and patient access education in Los Angeles. You will support REMS activities, streamline patient journeys, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve access barriers while upholding compliance.

The role requires deep knowledge of coverage, reimbursement processes, and case management for patients considered for REMS therapies. Travel within territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in field reimbursement, patient access, and case management within pharma/biotech.
• Experience supporting access, reimbursement programs, and patient support services.
• Proven ability to enable patient progression from referral to treatment initiation.

Responsibilities

• Support REMS certification and enrolment activities for sites and patients.
• Strengthen site access readiness and relationships with stakeholders.
• Provide education on coverage, coding, payment, and prior authorizations.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients and affordability programs.
• Identify and resolve case-level access barriers through approved support pathways.
• Coordinate treatment logistics across REMS, HUB, and distribution partners.
• Collaborate with Sales and Site of Care teams on readiness and account economics.
• Maintain compliant CRM documentation of activities and outcomes.
• Develop and execute account-level plans reflecting site access priorities.
