Job summary

The PAL Educates on coverage, coding, and reimbursement, strengthens account readiness, and coordinates with REMS, HUB, and distribution partners to ensure smooth therapy delivery. The role requires at least 3 years in field reimbursement/patient access, a Bachelor’s degree, and a valid driver’s license, with travel up to 50% within the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field reimbursement, patient access, and case management within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty healthcare, including experience navigating a healthcare ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Educate sites on REMS certification activities and patient REMS enrolment processes.
• Support site access workflows after REMS certification and strengthen account relationships.
• Provide compliant education on coverage, coding, payment, and reimbursement processes.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients and affordability programs.
• Identify and resolve case-level access barriers through approved pathways.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS requirements, HUB, and distribution partners.
• Collaborate on cross-functional handoffs and maintain compliant CRM documentation.
• Develop and maintain account-level business plans reflecting site access priorities.
