Job summary

Compass Pathways seeks aField Patient Access Liaison to support REMS certification, site readiness, and compliant reimbursement education. The role is field-based across CA with travel, partnering with cross-functional teams to enable therapy delivery and patient access.

The PAL will educate sites on REMS processes, manage case-level access challenges, and maintain rigorous CRM documentation to drive operational readiness in a complex healthcare landscape.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of field reimbursement, patient access, and case management experience.
• Experience navigating a healthcare ecosystem.
• Experience supporting access and reimbursement processes and specialty programs.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and reside near territory.

Responsibilities

• Educate sites on REMS certification activities and patient REMS enrolment.
• Support site access workflows and strengthen relationships.
• Provide compliant education on coverage, coding, payment, and appeals.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients.
• Identify and troubleshoot case-level access barriers through approved paths.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS requirements and partners.
• Collaborate with Sales and Site of Care Account Leads on handoffs.
• Maintain compliant CRM documentation.
• Develop and execute account-level business plans reflecting access priorities.
• Maintain non-promotional role boundaries.
