Compass Pathways is seeking a Field Patient Access Liaison to drive REMS site certification, access readiness, and compliant reimbursement education for healthcare stakeholders. You will enhance site operations, educate teams on coverage and payment processes, and support cross-functional coordination across REMS, HUB, and specialty pharmacy networks.

The role is field-based in Seattle or Spokane, WA, reports to the Regional Director, Field Patient Access, and requires up to 50% travel.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years in field reimbursement, patient access, and case management within pharma/biotech.
• Experience navigating healthcare ecosystems and accessing coverage resources.
• Ability to enable patient progression from referral to treatment initiation.
• Proven ability to build trusted account and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong planning, organization, and execution with data-driven insights.
• Compliant collaboration with matrix partners while maintaining role boundaries.

Mansioni

• Support REMS certification and enrolment activities with site education.
• Strengthen site access readiness and client relationships for therapy delivery.
• Provide education on coverage, coding, payment, and reimbursement processes.
• Educate on case management workflows, including authorizations and appeals.
• Identify and resolve case-level access barriers via approved pathways.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS, HUB and distribution partners.
• Collaborate with Sales and Site of Care leads on referrals and handoffs.
• Maintain compliant, timely CRM documentation for cross-functional visibility.
• Develop and execute account-level business plans reflecting priorities.
