Compass Pathways plc, headquartered in London with a U.S. office, seeks a Field Patient Access Liaison to advance REMS certification, site access readiness, and compliant patient access education across REMS, HUB, and specialty pharmacy networks in Seattle/Spokane, WA.

The PAL will strengthen accounts, support logistics, and share field insights while maintaining non-promotional boundaries and robust CRM documentation.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in field reimbursement, patient access, and case management within pharma/biotech.
• Experience supporting access and reimbursement processes, specialty pharmacy programs, benefit verification, prior authorization, and affordability programs.
• Experience helping sites support patient progression from referral through treatment initiation by identifying barriers and connecting resources.
• Experience partnering with treatment sites to assess needs, strengthen workflows, and build trusted relationships.
• Strong planning, organization, accountability, and data-driven execution across multiple accounts.
• Experience collaborating compliantly with matrix partners while maintaining appropriate role boundaries.

Responsabilidades

• Support REMS certification and enrolment: Educate sites on REMS site certification activities and patient REMS enrolment processes.
• Enable site access readiness: Support site access workflows after REMS certification and strengthen account relationships.
• Provide reimbursement and access education: Educate on coverage, coding, payment, verification, prior authorizations, appeals, and affordability programs.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients, including compliant use of PHI and benefit verifications.
• Support case-level access resolution: Identify and troubleshoot access barriers through HUB, specialty pharmacy, and other pathways.
• Enable treatment logistics: Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS requirements, HUB, and distribution partners.
• Collaborate on cross-functional handoffs: Receive referrals from Sales and Site of Care leads regarding readiness and access challenges.
• Maintain compliant documentation: Record all account activities in CRM for visibility.
• Manage accounts and business plans: Develop account-level plans reflecting site priorities and access opportunities.
• Maintain non-promotional boundaries: Refrain from promotional activities and commercial discussions.
