Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a field-based Patient Access Liaison to advance REMS certification, site access readiness, and education for healthcare stakeholders. This role supports treatment logistics, reimbursement education, and cross-functional collaboration across REMS, HUB, and specialty pharmacies.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in field reimbursement and patient access, with strong collaboration, organizational, and data-use skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field reimbursement, patient access and case management within pharma or biotech.
• Experience navigating healthcare ecosystems and working with matrix partners.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within territory and reside near the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Support REMS certification and enrolment activities and educate sites on requirements.
• Assist site access readiness and strengthen account and stakeholder relationships.
• Provide compliant education on coverage, coding, payment and appeals processes.
• Educate on case management workflows for consented patients and program navigation.
• Identify and resolve access barriers via approved pathways and HUB support.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS, HUB and distribution partners.
• Collaborate with Sales and Site of Care leads on referrals and handoffs.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation of activities and outcomes.
• Develop and execute account-level business plans reflecting priorities.
• Adhere to non-promotional role boundaries and compliant practices.
