Job summary

Compass Pathways plc in Houston seeks a Patient Access Liaison to drive REMS-based site access and education on reimbursement. You will support operational readiness across REMS, specialty pharmacy, and distribution while strengthening stakeholder relationships.

The role requires 3+ years in field reimbursement, with a focus on compliant access, case management, and cross-functional collaboration. Travel up to 50% within assigned geography is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in field reimbursement, patient access, and case management within pharma/biotech or related healthcare.
• Experience supporting access and reimbursement processes, specialty pharmacy programs, patient support services, coverage verification, prior authorizations, appeals, affordability programs, and compliant access resources.
• Experience helping sites and stakeholders progress from referral through treatment initiation by identifying barriers and coordinating resources.
• Experience partnering with treatment sites to assess needs, strengthen workflows, and build trusted account relationships.
• Strong planning, organization, accountability, disciplined execution, and use of data to address access challenges across multiple accounts.
• Ability to collaborate compliantly with matrix partners while maintaining role boundaries and communicating access insights.

Responsibilities

• Support REMS certification and enrolment: Educate sites on REMS certification activities and patient REMS enrolment processes.
• Enable site access readiness: Support workflows after REMS certification and reinforce account relationships for therapy delivery.
• Provide reimbursement and access education: Educate on coverage, coding, payment, benefit investigations, prior authorizations, appeals, and access processes.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients, including compliant use of patient information and affordability programs.
• Identify and troubleshoot case-level access barriers through buy-and-bill, HUB, and other approved pathways.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS, HUB, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners.
• Receive and act on referrals and handoffs from Sales and Site of Care leads regarding readiness and account economics.
• Maintain accurate, compliant CRM documentation of activities and resolutions.
• Develop and maintain account-level business plans reflecting site access priorities and patient opportunities.
