Job summary

Compass Pathways plc is seeking a Patient Access Liaison to drive REMS-enabled patient access at field sites, ensuring readiness and compliant coverage education. This remote-leaning, field-based role focuses on strengthening site relationships and operational workflows in the Cleveland/Columbus region.

You will educate on reimbursement processes, assist with case management, and coordinate access across specialty pharmacy and HUB networks, reporting to the Regional Director, Field Patient

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in field reimbursement, patient access and case management within pharma/biotech.
• Experience supporting access and reimbursement processes, including coverage, prior authorizations and affordability programs.
• Experience enabling patient progression from referral through treatment initiation by identifying barriers and resources.
• Experience partnering with treatment sites to assess needs and strengthen workflows.
• Strong planning, organization, accountability, and data-driven execution across multiple accounts.
• Collaborative and compliant with matrix partners while maintaining appropriate role boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Educate sites on REMS certification activities and patient REMS enrolment.
• Support site access workflows following REMS certification and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Provide education on coverage, reimbursement, coding, prior authorizations, appeals, and affordability programs.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients and use of patient information.
• Identify and resolve case-level access barriers through approved support pathways.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS, HUB, and distribution partners.
• Maintain compliant, timely account activity documentation in the CRM system.
