Job summary

Dyne Therapeutics is seeking a Dyne Care Partner to join the Patient Access and Education team as a field-based support resource across patients, caregivers, and infusion centers. You will educate on therapy, coordinate care, and navigate reimbursement to enable ongoing treatment.

The role requires strong communication, extensive travel (50–80%), and adherence to regulatory standards in a non-promotional capacity within the commercial organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, social work, or related healthcare field preferred.
• RN, Social Worker, or equivalent healthcare experience preferred.
• 8+ years of healthcare or related experience, including 5+ years in patient services, reimbursement, or care coordination.
• Experience with payer coverage, reimbursement pathways, and access processes.
• Ability to travel extensively within territory (up to 50–80%).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for patients and caregivers throughout the treatment journey.
• Provide education on disease state, therapy, and treatment expectations using approved materials.
• Coordinate support services and resources to assist patients and caregivers.
• Build trusted relationships with patients and providers through patient-centered communication.
• Educate on product storage, handling, and administration.
• Educate on reimbursement processes and prior authorizations; support appeals and denials.
• Engage healthcare providers and infusion centers; support readiness and resources.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accurate documentation.
