Job summary

Dyne Therapeutics is seeking a Dyne Care Partner (DCP) to be a field-based member of the Patient Access and Education team. You will support patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and infusion centers throughout the treatment journey, offering education, reimbursement support, and care coordination to initiate and maintain therapy.

This non-promotional role travels within the assigned geography and requires strong communication, regulatory compliance, and patient-first mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related healthcare field; RN or equivalent preferred.
  • 8+ years healthcare or related experience.
  • 5+ years in patient services, reimbursement, case management, or care coordination.
  • Experience with payer coverage and reimbursement pathways.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50–80%.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for patients and caregivers throughout the treatment journey.
  • Provide education on disease state, therapy, and expectations.
  • Identify reimbursement and access challenges and address barriers.
  • Coordinate support services and resources for patients and caregivers.
  • Educate on product storage, handling, and administration requirements.
  • Engage with healthcare providers and infusion centers to support access.
  • Maintain compliant documentation and regulatory adherence.
