Job summary

Dyne Therapeutics is seeking a Dyne Care Partner to support patients and caregivers in the treatment journey. This field-based role concentrates on education, reimbursement support, and care coordination to remove access barriers while aligning with company policies and regulatory standards.

The position requires residence within the territory with extensive travel up to 50–80% and collaboration with infusion centers, providers, and HUB services. A nursing or healthcare background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, social work, or related healthcare field (preferred).
• RN, Social Worker, or equivalent healthcare experience (preferred).
• 8+ years in healthcare or related experience.
• 5+ years in patient services, reimbursement, case management, field education, specialty pharmacy, or care coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for patients and caregivers throughout the treatment journey.
• Educate on disease state, therapy, and expectations using approved materials.
• Assist with reimbursement processes, prior authorizations, denials, and appeals.
• Engage with healthcare providers and infusion centers on patient support and access.
• Maintain compliant documentation and coordinate care across stakeholders.
