Job summary

Dyne Therapeutics seeks a Dyne Care Partner to educate patients, assist with reimbursement, and coordinate care across the treatment journey. This field-based role supports patients, caregivers, and providers, requiring extensive travel within the geographic territory and adherence to Dyne policies.

Responsibilities include education on therapy, prior authorizations, and site-of-care needs, with a focus on seamless access and continuity of care for patients initiating and maintaining treatment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing, social work, or a related healthcare field preferred.
  • RN, Social Worker, or equivalent healthcare experience preferred.
  • 8+ years of healthcare or related experience, including 5+ years in patient services, reimbursement, or care coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a primary point of contact for patients and caregivers throughout the treatment journey.
  • Provides education on disease state, therapy, and expectations using approved materials.
  • Conducts outreach to identify support needs and address access or adherence barriers.
  • Coordinates support services and resources for patients and caregivers.
  • Maintains relationships with healthcare providers and infusion centers.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory, privacy, and company requirements.
