Job summary

Dyne Therapeutics is seeking a Dyne Care Partner to join the Patient Access and Education team. This field-based role supports patients, caregivers, providers, and infusion centers, delivering education, reimbursement guidance, and care coordination to help patients start and stay on therapy.

The role requires residence within the territory, ability to travel 50–80%, adherence to Dyne policies, and collaboration across functions to remove access barriers and ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing, social work, or related healthcare field preferred.
  • RN, Social Worker, or equivalent healthcare experience preferred.
  • 8+ years in healthcare or related roles, with 5+ years in patient services, reimbursement, or care coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as primary point of contact for patients and caregivers throughout the treatment journey.
  • Provides education on disease state, therapy, and treatment expectations using approved materials.
  • Coordinates support services and resources to assist patients and caregivers.
  • Builds trusted relationships with patients, caregivers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Educates on proper product storage, handling, and administration.
